Rabat – French international football player Ousmane Dembele appeared in online viral videos, celebrating his Moroccan-style wedding in the city of Barcelona.
Videos online show the FC Barcelona football players dancing to Moroccan music during the wedding.
Few details are known about the bride, but football player fan pages said Demble’s wife is of Moroccan origin.
Not only was the music Moroccan, but videos and pictures showed the bride wearing Moroccan caftan (traditional dress).
The folklore bands playing during the wedding were also Moroccans, performing Moroccan music with drums and other musical instruments known in Morocco’s traditions.

Dembele, who is also a key player with the French football team, was born in 1997 in France.
The football player won the FIFA World Cup with France in 2018.
He played for several football teams during his career, including Rennes, and Borussia Dortmund.
The football player is Muslim, often sharing social media posts marking religious feasts.
