Rabat – The reality show “I am Georgina” is trending worldwide after only four days of its release. With the show trending number one in Morocco, Georgina Rodriguez, girlfriend of the international superstar Christiano Ronaldo, took to Instagram to thank “I am Georgina”’s Moroccan audience.
It has been over four years now that the lovebirds Ronaldo and Georgina started a family. Together, they recently made the decision to leave southern Europe for England.
Georgina’s life, however, wasn’t always luxurious as she has also experienced poverty.
In her reality show “I am Georgina,” the model openly talks about her complicated years, noting that regardless of all the hardships she went through, she will never forget her roots.
The Netflix show looks back on Georgina’s youth, her work experiences at the age of 22, and her decision to move to Madrid to become a saleswoman in a fashion brand where she met the love of her life while he was out shopping.
“Georgina is completely honest and readily admits that her life has gone from ‘nothing’ to ‘everything’. This documentary is also here to inspire people,” said Alvaro Diaz, director of Netflix Spain.
“She was a normal young woman, whose life changed dramatically the day she met the man of her life when she was leaving her job,” Diaz added.
Depicting Georgina Rodriguez as a mother, entrepreneur, dancer, and influencer with over 31 million followers on instagram, “I am Georgina” show highlights all aspects of her life, from her tough past, to the luxurious daily life she has now.
The Cristiano-Georgina love at first sight story was widely known among their fans and supporters. Georgina is currently six month pregnant and they have recently revealed that they are expecting a boy and a girl.
