Also known to be fond of Morocco, American actress Brittany Snow recently traveled to Marrakech to celebrate her best friend Jessica Stroup’s wedding. During her stay in the city, the actress expressed her admiration for Morocco’s scenic landscapes on Instagram.

Snow shared a series of Instagram stories and pictures, documenting her trip in the red city. “My best friend is getting married in this magical heaven,’’ she captioned an Instagram story.

She also shared additional images which displayed the city’s stunning architecture, bustling souks, and colorful Moroccan rugs.

Brittany Anne Snow is an American actress and singer. Snow’s notable film roles include Kate Spencer in John Tucker Must Die (2006), Amber Von Tussle in Hairspray (2007), Donna Keppel in Prom Night (2008), Emma Gainsborough in The Vicious Kind (2009), and Chloe Beale in Pitch Perfect (2012).

Her trip to and celebration of Marrakech fits a global, decades-long pattern of celebrities falling in love with a place that is endearingly known to many as the red city.

Over the decades, Marrakech has maintained its magic and appeal among celebrities, many of whom travel there to collect or form “magical” and “unforgettable” memories.

Earlier this year, many other stars expressed the same excitement as Brittany over a trip to Morocco, particularly Marrakech. Kylian Mbappe, the superstar of Paris Saint-Germain, also spent — and enjoyed – — his summer vacation in the red city.

Like Mbappe, who often travels to Marrakech, Algerian international footballer Riyad Mahrez also enjoys vacationing in the iconic city. Earlier this summer, the Algerian footballer traveled to Morocco with his wife Taylor Ward to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved quality time with his family after a long and tiring football season.

Lucy Hale also visited Morocco in June, where she took dozens of photos in various bright and colorful gowns in the city of Marrakech.

Also recently seen in Marrakech on vacation with her wife Portia de Rossi was American comedian and television broadcaster, Ellen DeGeneres. The famed talk show host visited the Moroccan city in May, sharing eye-catching pictures of her quality time in the hub of Moroccan tourism.
