Rabat – Moroccan footballer Hakim Ziyech shared a story today on his Instagram account expressing indifference to the Moroccan actress and singer Fati Jamali’s remarks accusing him of arrogance.
Jamali appeared in a video that went viral on social media where she reprimanded Ziyech’s alleged behavior towards her, after meeting him by chance at a mall.
“Girls, I met the most arrogant person I’ve ever seen … I was with some foreign friends and he was close to me. I said ‘hi’ and he looked at me sideways. He’s really abnormal,” the actress said, expressing annoyance at Ziyech’s ‘nonchalant’ behavior.
As evidence of her stance towards the Moroccan player, Jamali continued by saying that another Moroccan fan came to him, but Ziyech ignored him too.
The actress said she got back to the hotel and saw him at the door and said that his behavior was “not nice” and that he responded with the F word, to which she replied with the same.
Complaining about his alleged behavior, Jamali claimed that “as much as I loved him before, I abhor him now,” adding that “what you see on TV is one thing, reality is another.”
In response to her, Ziyech shared a video on his Instagram story of American football coach Deion Sanders as if he was responding to the actress’s criticisms.
“Look at me, what about me that would make you think that I care about your opinion of me. Your opinion of me is not the opinion I have about myself,” Sanders said in the video.
“You ain’t make me, so you can’t break me. You didn’t build me, so you can’t kill me. You know what, God established me,” the coach continued.
