Marrakech – In a press release disclosed to Morocco World News, the Radisson Blu Resort has announced the arrival of a new director.
Didier Jean-Marie, from Martinique in the Caribbean, brings with him nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry.
His career highlights include over ten years as a general manager in various international hotel chains.
According to the press release, Jean-Marie’s expertise in hotel management extends beyond team leadership, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs across all levels of the hospitality sector, states the press release.
Prior to joining the Radisson Hotels Group, he gained valuable experience in France, at the French Overseas Departments and Territories.
He also had worked in Africa, specifically in Algeria, Tunisia, Guinea, Chad, as well as Morocco, where he oversaw a hotel audit mission in Casablanca.
As stated in the press release, Didier Jean-Marie has seamlessly integrated into his role at Radisson Blu Al Hoceima, swiftly applying his expertise to advance the establishment’s ongoing development.
The hotel franchise added that his commitment to operational excellence and proactive strategies guarantee a seamless adaptation and ongoing improvement of the guest experience.
Nestled amidst a pine forest and boasting exceptional architecture, the Radisson Blu Resort features 434 rooms and suites, while the Radisson Blu Residences offers 142 apartments in Al Hoceima.
According to the press release, the hotel has recently completed a subtle and refined makeover of all its restaurants and bars, reception area, rooms, spa, and kids’ club.
