Tomorrow, a ceremony is scheduled to unfold at one of Fez’s great learning institutions, marking both endings and beginnings. 

Fez – The Private University of Fez (UPF) is set to host its highly anticipated graduation ceremony tomorrow, on February 7, 2025. 

The event will take place at the conference hall of Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

This special occasion gathers families, faculty, and distinguished guests to honor the hard work and achievements of graduates across various disciplines. 

The ceremony is set to begin with an opening speech by Professor Brahim Akdim, followed by a recitation of the  Quran by Saloua Salman. 

The UPF Harmony & Melody choir will then take the stage to lead the audience in the Moroccan national anthem, setting the tone for an evening of pride and accomplishment.

On the agenda is also a series of speeches from university officials and guests aimed to honor the significance of this milestone in the graduates’ lives. 

The event will also see the presentation of nine Excellence Trophies, recognizing outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements.

More than 300 students from various fields will receive their diplomas, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their professional journeys.

Each department’s top-performing student will be honored on stage, receiving special recognition for their academic excellence.

The evening will conclude with a unique performance blending modern choral arrangements with the traditional sounds of Issawa, poised to be a memorable final touch to the celebration. 

As UPF opens its doors for the festivities tomorrow, students will gather to reflect on the past and look forward to their bright futures ahead.
