The artist is about to take “Firework” to a whole new level.

Marrakech – Katy Perry is gearing up for liftoff as part of an all-women mission aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket.

And she’s not going alone. Joining her on this interstellar girls’ trip? None other than Jeff Bezos’s fiancé, Lauren Sanchez, CBS powerhouse Gayle King, former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen, and film producer Kerianne Flynn.

A lineup that’s equal parts brains, influence, and let’s be honest — star power.

Blue Origin is calling this mission historic, as it will be the first all-women spaceflight since Valentina Tereshkova’s solo mission in 1963.

In other words, it took us 61 years to get here, but hey, who’s counting?

While an exact launch date hasn’t been revealed, the mission is expected to take place this spring — likely before Perry kicks off her Lifetimes Tour on April 23.

Because let’s face it, squeezing space travel into your schedule is one thing, but doing it mid-world tour? Even Perry can’t pull off that level of multitasking.

“If you had told me I’d be part of the first all-female crew in space, I would have believed you. Nothing was beyond my imagination as a child,” Perry told Newsweek.

And honestly, we believe her. This is the same woman who’s been dressed as a cupcake, a chandelier, and Cleopatra — why wouldn’t she envision herself in a space suit?

The NS-31 mission will be Blue Origin’s 11th human spaceflight and the 31st launch in the rocket’s history.

It’s a quick trip — just 11 minutes past the Kármán line, the internationally recognized edge of space.

No pilots needed. Just six powerful women, a fully autonomous rocket, and the most exclusive flight of the season.

And if you’re wondering how this squad came together, credit goes to Lauren Sanchez, who Blue Origin says is “honored to lead a team of explorers on a mission that will challenge their perspectives of Earth, empower them to share their own stories, and create lasting impact that will inspire generations to come.”

Sanchez first hinted at her spaceflight plans in Vogue back in 2023, saying she and her team were “paving the way for women.” And honestly? If this is the future of space travel, sign us up.

Of course, celebrity space tourism isn’t new. Bezos himself took the first Blue Origin passenger flight in 2021.

Good Morning America co-host Michael Strahan and Star Trek legend William Shatner have also gone galactic.

Meanwhile, Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic has been sending folks to space since 2021, and Elon Musk — well, he’s still keeping both feet on the ground for now.

So, what does this mean for the rest of us? Maybe one day, commercial space travel will be as routine as catching a flight to New York.

Until then, we’ll be right here, watching Perry shoot across the sky and do what they do best — make history, one gravity-defying step at a time.
