Marrakech – On June 2–3, the Future Leaders Challenge Maroc 2025 transformed the campus of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University into a think tank of tomorrow’s tourism trailblazers.
With over 150 young participants, top hotel executives, policymakers, and educators in attendance, the challenge wasn’t just about solving case studies.
It was about aligning skills with national dreams — ones that involve two massive milestones: the Africa Cup of Nations at the end of this year, and the FIFA World Cup in 2030.
The event delivered more than inspiration. Workshops, strategic student challenges, and industry-led panels gave participants a chance to tackle real-world issues — armed with creativity and confidence.
Leaders from Accor, Radisson, Hilton, and Morocco’s top tourism bodies didn’t just mentor — they listened.
Because future-ready ideas don’t come from boardrooms alone.
The cherry on top? SupHcom (Universiapolis) took the crown as national winner and will represent Morocco in the Middle East & Africa finals in Dubai.
A proud moment for regional institutions — and a reminder that great leadership often starts outside the usual spotlight.
The event’s strategic council, including heavyweights like Hamid Bentahar (CNT), Imad Barrakad (SMIT), and Laila Bensouda (Madaëf Sports & Events), made sure the challenge aligned with Morocco’s long-term tourism goals.
Because this wasn’t just a student event — it was a national investment in excellence.
