Marrakech – International Workplace Group (IWG) — you might know them by their chic aliases like Regus, Spaces, HQ, and Signature.

This global giant of hybrid working just announced a major expansion across the Kingdom: 11 new workspaces are opening their doors (or about to) in 2025, doubling their presence from 11 to 22 centers.

And it’s not just the usual suspects like Casablanca and Rabat. Fez and Mohammedia are joining the club for the first time ever — proof that flexible work isn’t just a trend, it’s a movement.

The goal? 50 locations in five years. Ambitious? Maybe. Necessary? Definitely.

With more professionals ditching the 9-to-5 grind in favor of freedom, fluidity, and fast WiFi, the demand for modern, well-located, and actually-nice-to-look-at offices is booming.

And IWG seems to be riding that wave all the way to Morocco’s hottest cities: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez, and Mohammedia.

Turns out, flexible workspaces aren’t just a business upgrade — they’re a lifestyle one. More productivity, less burnout, and maybe even a better morning coffee.

Globally, IWG isn’t slowing down either. A total of 899 new sites signed in 2024 alone — and yes, with record revenue and profit to match.

So while we may never fully escape emails or deadlines, one thing is clear: the future of work is no longer confined to cubicles.

In Morocco, it just got a whole lot more… chic.
