Hibiscus cold tea

The flower of the hibiscus is known to be loaded with nutrients and antioxidants.

It aids in weight loss, reduces heart disease risks, and supports the immune system.     

Use 2 cups of dried hibiscus, 2 cinnamon sticks, peel some fresh ginger, and 10 whole cloves. 

Put everything to boil in a pot with 3 cups of water for 8 minutes.

Let it cool and strain the mixture, or let it seep in the refrigerator for a few hours. 

You can add lemon or orange juice for taste, and honey for sweetness, serve in cocktail glasses over ice and enjoy

Refreshing cucumber lemonade

Blend one cucumber, one lime, mint leaves, and coconut water.

Combine 3 tablespoons of pre-chopped cacao bar or 100% pure cacao powder, ensuring it’s pure to get all the nutrients, with 3 cups of water and 1 cup of coconut milk.

 Feel free to add optional spices to taste, such as vanilla, cinnamon, or cardamom, to enhance the flavor.        

After blending, pour into a mason jar and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Shake well before enjoying.

For this ancient cooling aid, bring 1 Kg of amla, cut the amla fruits in half, remove their seeds, and blend until smooth and strain the juice, add in coconut water and a sprinkle of Himalayan salt, and honey to taste.
