Marrakech – Morocco is set to host the first-ever concert of Tunisian composer and music director Jihad Jabara, marking a special stop on his ongoing tour across several Arab and European countries.

The concert forms part of Jabara’s first artistic tour in Morocco and aims to deliver an immersive musical experience that blends orchestral performance with collective singing, allowing the audience to directly engage with the orchestra and a repertoire that spans both classical and contemporary Arab music heritage.

Scheduled for December, the concert, titled “Kulna Noghanni” (“We All Sing”), will bring together musicians and performers from across the Arab world, including Moroccan artists.

The musical program will feature a diverse selection of songs, ranging from timeless classics to famous Moroccan hits, with works by legendary artists such as Abdel Halim Hafez, Umm Kulthum, Fadl Shaker, Mohamed El Hayani, Fairouz, and Melhem Barakat.

Maestro Jihad Jabara will lead the orchestra in an innovative way, inviting the audience themselves to sing along to iconic melodies, creating a live, interactive atmosphere where music and participation merge in real time.

Organizers expect the concert to be a standout artistic milestone in Morocco’s cultural scene, thanks to its creative blend of traditional Arab music and modern performance styles, alongside its emphasis on audience participation.

This experience is one that goes beyond passive listening to foster genuine connection between artists and audiences, celebrating music’s power to unite creativity, emotion, and heritage in a vibrant, shared performance.
