Marrakech – Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Residing Abroad is hosting the exhibition “Between Two Continents” by Moroccan artist Aymane Bufrakech from November 13 to December 12 at Espace Rivages in Rabat.

According to the Foundation, “Through the sensitivity and naivety of a young artist, Aymane Bufrakech embarks on a free exploration that leads to creative diversity.”

The Foundation added that Bufrakech is dedicated to a meticulous practice centered on memory and emotions, drawing inspiration from his deep connection to his homeland, where he finds his forms and colors.

“Migration has profoundly broadened my perspective. Living between Morocco and Spain has allowed me to experience two lights, two sensibilities, and two artistic cultures. This experience has transformed my perception of color and time,” the artist said in a statement.

Born in Tangier in 2003, Bufrakech explores the intersections between reality and imagination, as well as tradition and modernity.

Immersed in the world of painting and colors from an early age, he developed a sensitive and unique artistic vision.

His inspiration comes from the cities he has visited, including Tangier, Rabat, Marrakech, Meknès, Madrid, Malaga, Paris, Berlin, and Prague.

Bufrakech has participated in multiple art projects in Morocco and Spain, strengthening his intercultural dialogue and international visibility.
