The festival’s dedicated panel on music rights featured prominent experts including Naima Samri, Head of the Legal Affairs Department at BMDAV, Ali Mafi, Founder and President of FORTHRIGHT MUSIC INC., Carlos Pastor, Chief Operations Officer at AIE, and Guillaume Damerva, Director of SPEDIDAM France.

Cabo Verdean artist and songwriter Solana Cesarovna, attending Visa For Music 2025 as both a performer and ambassador, highlighting the festival’s unique atmosphere and significance. 

Speaking to MWN, she stated, “It’s a beautiful week where everybody breathes African music,” and beyond. 

“We love being here to celebrate, to do business, to exchange, to bring important subjects that we can share with songwriters, producers, and other artists.”
