Fez — A new creative venue called “Casa Color” has officially opened in Casablanca, positioning itself as a warm, soothing space built for self-expression, sharing, and slow moments away from the city’s rush.
The concept was co-founded by Karima, a former educator who worked with autistic children and is a mother of two boys, and Laura, a stay-at-home mother of two girls. The project is presented as the result of a simple moment of joy and connection that evolved into a place designed to help people reconnect with themselves through hands-on creativity.
A first in Casablanca: pouring painting on bear figurines
Casa Color’s signature activity is pouring painting applied to bear figurines, a process that involves flowing liquid paint over a figure to create unique, swirling patterns. Each result is intentionally unrepeatable, shaped by gesture, spontaneity, and the mood of the moment.
The boutique is also positioned as an accessible entry point for people who do not consider themselves “artists,” offering an immersive, playful way to experiment with color and form without technical barriers.
A full experience, not just a workshop
Beyond the creative activity, Casa Color frames the visit as a complete “pause” experience, mixing art sessions with a gentle atmosphere, small treats, and attentive hosting. The aim is to make the space feel like a cocoon where visitors can create, unwind, and share time with a friend or family member.
The overall identity leans into softness and emotion, treating creativity as both expression and a simple wellness ritual.
Expansion plans beyond Casablanca
With its first location now open, Casa Color has signaled broader ambitions to expand the concept to other Moroccan cities. Rabat and Dar Bouazza are among the locations being considered, as the founders look to bring the same creative experience to a wider audience.
