Fez — DoubleTree by Hilton Casablanca City Center has officially opened after a full rebranding, marking the brand’s first city-center property in Casablanca.
The opening strengthens Hilton’s growing footprint in Morocco and reflects the group’s continued focus on upscale urban hospitality.
Originally built in 2015, the 388-room property enters a new phase under the leadership of Dominique Dmytryszyn, Cluster General Manager, who brings more than four decades of international hospitality experience.
Ranked among the Top 100 Global Leaders by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards in 2023, Dmytryszyn has held senior roles across Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East, including postings in London, Paris, Cannes, Tangier, and Mauritius.
A strategic city-center location
Situated in the heart of Casablanca, the hotel offers direct access to the city’s cultural and business hubs.
The Old Medina and the Hassan II Mosque are located within four kilometers, while Casa Voyageurs high-speed rail station is just five minutes away. Morocco Mall can be reached in approximately 20 minutes.
The property also provides outdoor and underground parking, enhancing accessibility for guests and visitors.
Contemporary rooms and landmark suites
DoubleTree by Hilton Casablanca City Center features 388 contemporary rooms and suites, ranging in size from 40 to more than 200 square meters.
Designed to accommodate both business and leisure travelers, the hotel’s signature offering includes a Royal Suite on the 17th floor, delivering 360-degree panoramic views over Casablanca.
Meetings, wellness, and dining
Positioned as a destination for events, the hotel includes a dedicated conference and meetings facility with 13 flexible, fully equipped meeting rooms and a grand ballroom that can host up to 300 guests.
Wellness is a central component of the guest experience through Lumena Spa, a 2,500-square-meter facility featuring traditional hammams, saunas, Jacuzzis with ice baths, treatment rooms, a beauty salon, a yoga studio, and a fully equipped fitness center.
The hotel’s dining venues combine international flavors with local inspiration, offering relaxed settings designed to suit both residents and visitors.
Strengthening Hilton’s presence in Morocco
“This rebranding reflects our commitment to delivering Hilton’s renowned service standards while offering guests a refined experience in a prime city-center location,” Dmytryszyn said, describing the hotel as a new benchmark for upscale hospitality in Casablanca.
Additional enhancement works are planned in the coming months to further elevate the property’s positioning. The hotel operates under the Hilton Honors loyalty program and is owned by Ynna Holding, a key player in Morocco’s hospitality and real estate sectors.
With its reopening, DoubleTree by Hilton Casablanca City Center reinforces Casablanca’s role as a major urban destination while contributing to the modernization of Morocco’s hospitality landscape.
