Rabat – Evok Collection has announced the appointment of Aya Hanova as Chief Operating Officer, placing her at the helm of the group’s operations, property performance, service-excellence standards, and development projects.
A graduate in hospitality management in Paris, she has held both operational and strategic leadership roles at renowned properties including Rosewood Hôtel de Crillon, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Fouquet’s Barrière, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles, and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai.
During her tenure with the Airelles group in Saint-Tropez, Hanova was instrumental in enhancing the guest experience and optimizing seasonal team management.
Most recently, she spearheaded the launch of a new hotel brand, overseeing everything from product and standards development to team structuring and performance management.
Known for her decisive and results-driven leadership, Hanova emphasizes talent development, knowledge transfer, and active mentoring, qualities that will be pivotal as Evok Collection enters a new growth phase.
Her appointment comes ahead of the group’s upcoming openings of Brach Roma in Q1 2027 and Nolinski Golfe de Saint-Tropez in Q2 2027.
