Fez — ELIE SAAB Art of Living has announced the launch of its Spring–Summer 2026 properties within the “ELIE SAAB Casablanca Art of Living” project, marking a new milestone for Morocco’s first branded lifestyle residential development.

The newly revealed collection reinforces the project’s ambition to position Casablanca as a hub for internationally branded luxury residences. By combining architecture, design, and lifestyle branding, the initiative aims to bring the aesthetic universe of the Elie Saab fashion house into the realm of contemporary residential living.

Inspired by the founding design codes of the brand, the Spring–Summer 2026 collection translates the elegance associated with Elie Saab into architectural form. Clean lines, balanced volumes, and carefully orchestrated natural light define the spatial experience across the residences.

Seventeen residences designed as signature properties

The release includes a total of 17 luxury properties, made up of villas, apartments, and penthouses. Each residence has been conceived as a distinct architectural piece integrated into the broader design language of the “ELIE SAAB Casablanca Art of Living” complex.

Rather than mass-produced units, the homes are positioned as individual creations shaped by refined aesthetics and a cohesive design philosophy. The project emphasizes a balance between architectural elegance, comfort, and the recognizable design signature associated with Elie Saab’s brand universe.

Architectural details, spatial flow, and material selection play a central role in defining each property. Interiors draw on the visual language of “ELIE SAAB Maison,” incorporating noble materials, refined finishes, and layouts designed to encourage a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.

A selective approach to branded luxury living

The collection is being introduced through a private sales strategy, reflecting the selective marketing approach often associated with branded luxury residences worldwide.

Such projects typically blend real estate development with fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands to create a distinctive living experience that extends beyond architecture alone.

In Casablanca, the development seeks to respond to a growing international appetite for branded residences.
