Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Vanilla
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • A spoonful of creamy chocolate spread for topping
  • Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions 
  • Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla and oil in a non-stick pan until smooth. Add milk and mix again.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix until the batter is smooth and thick.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Place the pan on very low heat and cover with a lid. Cook gently until set.
  • Once cooked, spread creamy chocolate over the top while the cake is still warm. The heat will make it soft and melty.
