Casablanca – Several Moroccan personalities have secured nominations across different categories at the Africa Golden Awards 2026. The annual event’s ceremony will take place on March 2 in Kenya’s Nairobi.

The Africa Golden Awards ceremony brings together professionals from different industries who compete for awards in multiple categories – from actors and musicians to entrepreneurs, tech innovators, and social media influencers.

Morocco is strongly represented across a variety of categories this year, demonstrating the country’s vibrant cultural and creative scene.

Leila Hadioui and Amal Salhi are both nominated in the Top Female Lifestyle Influencer category.

Meanwhile, Hasnae Taleb secured a nomination for Africa Golden Businesswoman of the Year, while Manal Benchlikha is nominated for Best Female Artist. She is also nominated along with Saad Lamjarred for Most Consistent African Hitmaker.

Moroccan men are equally present among the nominees. Oussama Ramzi is nominated for African Stand-Up Comedian of the Year, Draganov for Africa Golden Best Lyricist, and Achraf Ben Ayad for Top Sports Content Creator.

Several other Moroccans have also secured nominations across different categories.

But Morocco’ presence goes beyond individuals. Companies, platforms, and brands are also represented.

Morocco’s Cypherleak is nominated for Most Secure African Cybersecurity Brand, while Poste Maroc is in the running for African Courier Company of the Year. And the list of nominees from Morocco continues to grow.
