Lugano – Deadline reports that Zendaya has praised co-star Tom Holland while teasing what’s to come in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.”

Speaking during a recent appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Zendaya confirmed that she has personally seen “a good amount” of the highly anticipated superhero movie, expressing confidence in the film’s direction and highlighting Holland’s talent and dedication to the role.

The actress is set to reprise her role as MJ, continuing one of the franchise’s most recognizable on-screen dynamics.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the film marks the next chapter following “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” introducing a fresh narrative direction for Peter Parker as he navigates a new phase of his life.

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” grossed a record-breaking $1.16 billion (MAD 14,982,400,000) worldwide, making it Sony Pictures’ highest-grossing film ever.

Anticipation for the newest franchise installment has surged following the release of its first trailer, which dropped today, March 18, offering fans a glimpse at the next chapter and quickly igniting excitement across social media.

Early footage hints at a more action-driven installment, featuring high-stakes sequences, explosive chases, and large-scale stunts.

The trailer also confirms the return of Mark Ruffalo as “Bruce Banner,” adding another familiar face to the evolving storyline.

“Spider-Man: Brand New Day” is scheduled to hit theaters on July 31, and is already shaping up to be one of the year’s biggest blockbuster releases.

The film will be followed by “Avengers: Doomsday,” set for release on December 18, bringing together returning stars including Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, and Robert Downey Jr., who is expected to take on the role of the antagonist, “Doctor Doom.”

Beyond the movie, Zendaya’s comments highlight the emotional core of the franchise, with her continued collaboration with Holland remaining a key part of its appeal, both on and off screen.

The couple also recently tied the knot earlier this year, adding a real-life dimension to their on-screen partnership.
