Casablanca – After a long time away from the spotlight, Moroccan comedian Hamza Filali is making his return with a new show titled “Check Out” on May 1 at Megarama Casablanca.

He announced the upcoming spectacle through a video teaser on his Instagram account, sharing a heartfelt message about the project. He said:

“In the middle of the crisis, you always think about what you love and the people you feel comfortable with. That is why I created my new show, to be among you.”

“My new show is an experience that I want to share with you, with its bad and good sides, in the way I know. Welcome to the people I love and who love me on May 1.”

Fans quickly flooded the comment section with support and admiration. One comment read, “God grant you success, you deserve all the best,” while another added, “We love you, great artist.”

Beyond support, other fans added a humorous touch, playing on the show’s title with jokes. One comment read sarcastically, “I want a ticket but I only have a check, no cash.”

This new spectacle stands out as more than just a comedy performance. Filali is not only bringing laughs to the stage, he is also turning a difficult chapter of his life into a raw material for the show.

A few months ago, he had faced legal issues related to unpaid checks. Following the resolution of this situation, Filali chose to make his comeback through a show that blends humor with personal experience, offering audiences a more intimate and reflective side of his storytelling.

The new project shows that while some people surrender to the difficulties of life, others persevere and find a way to move forward. Through this step, Filali took the hardest stretch of his recent life and made it the backbone of his next act.
