Casablanca – Moroccan singer Houda Saad is returning with a new release titled “Qalb Rashi,” further expanding her musical repertoire.
Arranged by Moatassim, the song is both written and composed by Saad herself. It unfolds through lyrics that reject returning to a painful love, instead focusing on healing, emotional growth, and the decision to move on permanently.
Following the release, Saad shared a message on social media announcing the song and reflecting on its emotional depth.
“Not every feeling can be spoken… some are meant to be sung. This work carries something from the heart, and I hope it reaches you as I intended. I am waiting to hear the first feeling it brings you upon listening,” she said, expressing her hope that listeners connect with the feeling behind the work.
Within less than two hours of its release, the song began generating engagement online, with early listeners noting that it meets the high expectations associated with her work and reflects the level of quality she has consistently delivered throughout her career.
“Qalb Rashi” arrives five months after her previous single “Foutouna,” which has already surpassed one million views on YouTube. That track was written by Mohamed Amir and arranged by Mourad Elmadani.
Both releases continue a long-standing artistic journey defined by Saad’s distinctive voice and emotional delivery.
Over the years, she has built a recognizable catalogue of songs, including “Bghitou Wala Krehto,” “Tayr El Hob,” and “Ma Tfakarnish,” which remain among her most notable works.
