With bookings now open in September, travellers can reserve stays ahead of the hotel’s expected opening in 2027.

The property will offer several amenities aimed at positioning it as a high-end destination for both relaxation and cultural experiences.
These will observe three restaurants, a wellness centre with a traditional hammam, and a 40-meter swimming pool.
Beyond the hotel facilities, Virgin Limited Edition revealed that the retreat will offer a curated program for immersive cultural experiences.
These activities are meant to reflect the character of the Marrakech region while giving visitors opportunities to engage with a Morocco that goes beyond the traditional luxury resort experience.
The development will also include an exclusive residential project, marking a broader expansion of the brand’s presence in the Moroccan luxury tourism market.
