Marrakech – From September 19 to 23, Marrakech is hosting the 11th edition of CREMAI, Africa’s premier trade show for the hospitality, foodservice, and gastronomy industries.
Held at the Mosalla Sidi Amara, the event welcomes over 750 national and international brands and attracts thousands of professionals from across Africa and Europe.
The exhibition floor is bustling with activity, showcasing a mix of innovation and tradition. Kenz captivates visitors with Italian-style pizzas and pasta made from its own flours and semolina, while Sultan serves fresh Moroccan tea alongside its new iced tea flavors, including Tropical Green Tea and Peach Black Tea.
Badee stands out with colorful handicrafts, reflecting its dedication to sustainable and community-focused business practices.
International and regional brands are also making an impact. Nespresso offers attendees a range of coffee experiences, from freshly brewed espresso to iced coffee drinks, while Jaouda highlights its assortment of dairy products, including milk, yogurt, and cheese.
Aiguebelle presents its high-quality chocolate offerings, emphasizing cocoa products that are a mainstay in hospitality experiences.
CREMAI 2025 is hosting prestigious competitions through the “Carrefour des Chefs,” including the Africa’s Bakery Cup, which celebrates the artistry of bakers from across the continent.
The trade show is also holding the Africa & Middle East Women Chefs Cup, which highlights female leadership and innovation in the culinary arts, and TOC MAROC, serving as the national selection for international competitions like the Bocuse d’Or and the World Pastry Cup.
Yesterday, Park Hyatt Marrakech became the epicenter of global gastronomy as it hosted the La Liste Africa 2025 Soiree, honoring the chefs, restaurants, and culinary talents shaping the continent’s food landscape.
By selecting Marrakech as the backdrop for this year’s African celebration, La Liste spotlighted the country’s growing role as a destination for luxury dining experiences.
