Rabat – The Hologram concert of the late Egyptian singer Abdelhalim Hafez will officially be held on April 10 at Casablanca’s Complexe Sportif Mohammed V.

Organized by XtendVision Entertainment, the official and exclusive worldwide rights holders of the “Abdelhalim Hafez” hologram, this event marks a world premiere and promises an experience never seen before.

According to XtendVision, the experience is “created with authenticity, powered by innovation, and guided by respect,” promising a unique and unforgettable tribute to the legendary singer.

Guichet.com shared the official announcement, highlighting the concert as an international, world-class production that combines cutting-edge hologram technology, immersive staging, a full live orchestra, and live performance.

They described the experience as a place “where memory meets innovation, where music meets technology, and where the legend lives again.”

This upcoming Casablanca performance is the first full-scale, standalone international production of the HALIM hologram concert. It follows a festival-style hologram showcase at the 2025 Mawazine Festival in Rabat, which had sparked controversy.

While Mawazine festival organizers claimed all necessary permissions were obtained, reports noted that Abdel Halim Hafez’s family had not officially approved the use of his image and voice, raising questions about legal rights and the ethical use of hologram technology for a deceased artist.

The Mawazine performance was also criticized for technical issues, with viewers noting that the hologram sometimes appeared incomplete or poorly integrated with the stage.

Fans attending the Casablanca concert can expect a world-class immersive show, with the hologram recreation of Abdel Halim Hafez complemented by a live orchestra, dynamic staging, and meticulous attention to authenticity.

“HALIM — The Interactive Immersive Hologram Concert Experience” is being positioned not just as a concert, but as a moment in history, bringing back a voice and a legacy that shaped generations.
