Fez — Airbnb announced today that it has partnered with Disney to recreate “Hannah Montana’s” Malibu beach house as a bookable fan stay, timed to the series’ 20th anniversary.

According to Airbnb, the initiative will offer 10 one-night stays running from April 6 through April 16 in Malibu, California, with up to four guests per stay. The stays are listed at $0 per person, while guests are responsible for travel to and from Malibu. Airbnb said requests to book open today through a dedicated listing page.

The experience leans into the show’s “best of both worlds” concept, designing the house to echo the fictional beach home while adding interactive nods for fans.

A centerpiece of the setup is a closet-inspired “transformation” space stocked with sequined outfits and accessories meant to evoke Hannah Montana’s stage persona. The home also highlights oceanfront views and direct beach access as part of the stay.

The Airbnb announcement lands alongside a broader wave of “Hannah Montana” nostalgia programming. Airbnb’s release notes that the “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special” is now streaming on Disney+ and Hulu.

For fans hoping to secure a spot, the key detail is that this is request-based rather than a standard first-come booking. Airbnb said guests will be selected from request submissions for the limited run of stays.
