Casablanca – Moroccan comedy icon Hanane Fadili is set to return to Casablanca on May 9, where she is scheduled to perform her show “30 Ans de Rire” at Studio des Arts Vivants.
The performance is a tribute to three decades of stage performances and a fitting celebration of generations of laughter.
Hanane will also take on the role of director for the first time, adding a new creative layer to her long-standing artistic journey.
The spectacle, originally launched in 2024, has already toured several Moroccan cities, including Rabat, Marrakech, and Fez, meeting audiences across different regions of the country.
Over the years, the Moroccan artist has established herself as one of the country’s most recognizable comedy figures across generations.
Even when she steps away from the spotlight, she manages to maintain a lasting presence in the hearts of her audience. Each return is often met with enthusiasm and anticipation from her fans.
She began her artistic journey following in the footsteps of her late father, Aziz El Fadili, who also built a name in Moroccan comedy.
Hanane Fadili started her career at a young age by joining Tayeb Seddiki’s theatre troupe, where she took part in the play “We Are Made to Coexist.” She later moved to television before presenting her first one-woman show, “Telle est Hanane,” in 1993.
With the new show, Fadili continues to attract audiences who have followed her work over the years as well as newer generations discovering her performances.
