Casablanca – Moroccan actor Yassine Ahajjam has officially earned his doctorate after successfully defending his thesis on Friday at the Faculty of Language, Literature, and Arts in Kenitra.
Titled “The Aesthetics of Acting Performance: An Analytical Approach to Models from Theatre, Television, and Cinema in Morocco,” Ahajjam’s research draws on concrete examples from theatre, television, and film to examine the nuances of acting across different artistic mediums.
On Instagram, Ahajjam’s wife, Kods Joundoul,
shared her pride and joy, posting heartfelt words celebrating his accomplishment.
“Congratulations my love, my companion, and my friend on your doctorate with very high honors. My happiness today has no limits, and my pride in you is beyond words. Thank you to all the friends who honored us with their presence, and with whom we shared truly joyful moments”
The comment section was quickly filled with congratulatory messages from fans, influencers, and fellow artists. Moroccan actress Hanane Fadili also expressed her congratulations, writing “Mashallah, congratulations to my dear friend Yassine.”

Ahajjam’s career has remained active in recent productions, including his Ramadan 2026 television roles, notably in “Bnat Lalla Mennana” and “Abtal Al Rimal.”
Over the years, he has also won audiences through earlier works such as “Romana O Brtal,” “Douiba,” and “Al Boud Al Akhar.”
