Rabat – Low-cost Irish carrier Ryanair has unveiled its list of four “Top Moroccan Hotspots for Summer ’22,” including Agadir, Essaouira, Marrakech, and Tangier.
In an address to UK customers, Ryanair highlighted the uniqueness of each of the four Moroccan cities. It urged travelers to visit “cultural and historic sites” and explore “new food and drink scenes.”
“To celebrate these amazing Moroccan routes, Ryanair has launched a limited-time seat sale with fares available from just $26.20 (MAD 258.97) for travel until October 2022,” noted Ryanair.

From the “unspoiled beaches” of Tangier to the “impressive Jardin Majorelle” of Marrakech, the four cities provide offers to appeal to different tastes.
As “Morocco’s most vibrant city,” Agadir “is the perfect location for water sport fans.” Tourists can practice “kayaking, surfing or parasailing.” Essaouira’s “crescent beach” is also a popular destination for water games, noted the airline.
For art lovers, Tangier has a wide collection of “small museums in restored mansions, historic monuments, and souks” that reflect the rich culture and history of the city. Essaouira’s 18th-century seafront ramparts Skala de la Kasbah and Marrakech’s Jemaa El-Fnaa square also reflect Morocco’s diversity and beauty.
In Marrakech, the tourists can “soak up the bustling Medina souks where you’ll find authentic items from jewelry, lamps and tagine pots as well as authentic spices and rich musky oud oils.”
The red city also hosts “Jardin Majorelle [which] is home to over 3,000 botanical species, an art deco villa, and a museum of the history of Berbers and is an Instagrammers heaven with its bright vivid colors!”
Ryanair’s choice of Moroccan cities as top destinations for summer 2022 is a continuation of the worldwide celebration of the North African country’s natural and cultural landscapes.
