Rabat – The Capital of France came alive  with Beyoncé and the Mayyas’ performance at “The Stade of France”, where she was joined by the “America’s Got Talent” season 17’s winners during her song “Protector”.

The Paris show dazzled with surprise appearances, from Jay Z to Miley Cyrus to the sensational Mayyas.

Their choreographer, Nadim Cherfan, shared an instagram post expressing how proud he was of being able to create art in tough times – referring to Lebanon’s political and economic struggles – and described performing alongside Queen Beyoncé as a tremendous honor.

“Proud to witness my choreographies come to life on the world tour of the biggest star of the century – @Beyonce -,” he mentioned.

“A dream turned reality on the global stage. During the darkest days of war in Lebanon, when everything around us felt like it was falling apart, we turned to creation.”

His words remind us that even in times of hardship, beauty still remains existent. Creating and staying committed to one’s passion is a form of resistance against the harsh and discouraging realities our communities are going through.

The Mayyas dancers were resilient and stood by their choreographer even during tough times and their commitment has paid off.

As they were able to win the sixth season of “Arabs Got Talent”, they qualified for the semi-finals of “Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions”, and won “America’s Got Talent” season 17.

Back in 2023, they had performed previously with Beyonce in the opening of “Atlantis The Royal” in Dubai, achieving Nadim’s dream not once but twice.

The Mayyas serve as a powerful source of inspiration for artists and dreamers struggling in difficult circumstances, reminding them that creativity can thrive even in darkness.

Beyoncé, on the other hand, stands as a symbol of artistic empowerment and unwavering support for talent.

Together, their performance in Paris was more than just a show — it was a celebration of resilience, and unity.
