Marrakech – After a breakout first season, “High Potential” is officially back, and this time, ABC is promising sharper mysteries, bigger risks, and a whole new player shaking up the LAPD team.
The show will premiere on September 16 on ABC, streaming the next day on Hulu.

But the biggest shake-up comes in uniform. Enter Captain Nick Wagner (played by Reba and True Lies alum Steve Howey), making his debut with a handshake and the kind of charisma you can already tell is going to test Morgan’s independence.
