Marrakech – La Galerie 38 Marrakech will host the upcoming vernissage of Ghizlane Agzenai’s solo exhibition, “Dimension 2112: The Station,” as part of the Gallery Night organized by the 1-54 Marrakech Art Fair, taking place on February 5, at 7 p.m.
Following the first chapter of her project presented in Casablanca in 2023, Agzenai will unveil a new segment of her retro-futuristic universe in Marrakech.
“Dimension 2112: The Station” invites visitors to cross a threshold into a transitional space between our reality and a parallel world that is vibrant, joyful, and deeply humanist.
The exhibition presents an active utopia, shaped by color, light, and geometry. The artist’s signature totems serve as luminous markers, guiding signs, and symbols of protection, encouraging projection, contemplation, and perceptual openness.
For this event, La Galerie 38 will transform into a “docking station.” Upon entering, guests will encounter an immersive installation inspired by spatial architecture, offering a fully sensory experience.
The exhibition combines paintings on canvas and panels, sculptural volumes, art furniture, light installations, and video, creating a transversal environment at the intersection of painting, sculpture, design, and digital tools.
