Fez — Nasr Megri has announced a large-scale national tour across Morocco to present “Big Bang,” his seventh studio album, marking a new phase in his evolving musical career.
Released on February 1, “Big Bang” brings together 14 tracks that blend rap, trap, rock, and pop, reflecting Megri’s continued refusal to be boxed into a single genre.
The album’s lyrics draw heavily on contemporary realities, touching on social tensions, personal reflection, and the urgency of the present moment. Together, the tracks form a project that is both introspective and outward-looking, rooted in lived experience while engaging with broader societal themes.
The tour will begin with a preview performance in Rabat on February 13 at the Al Mansour Theater, where audiences will get an early look at the new live show. On stage, Megri is set to deliver an intense and stripped-down performance, centered on voice and guitar, favoring emotional clarity over spectacle.
A tour spanning Morocco’s major cities
Following the Rabat premiere, the tour will travel across the Kingdom, with scheduled stops in Casablanca, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Oujda, Fez, Meknes, Safi, and El Jadida. The itinerary reflects Megri’s desire to connect with audiences across regions, bringing the same production and artistic vision to both major cultural hubs and smaller cities.
The national tour will serve as the foundation for a broader international run, with performances planned in America, Europe, and the Middle East.
This next phase aims to extend the reach of “Big Bang” beyond Morocco, introducing international audiences to a project shaped by Moroccan realities but expressed through globally resonant sounds.
