Fez — Yesterday, Hublot and Guerlain gathered clients, partners, and luxury aficionados at the Royal Mansour Casablanca for a private event celebrating the meeting point between high watchmaking and premium beauty.

The evening brought together two LVMH houses through a refined showcase built around time, scent, craftsmanship, and Moroccan luxury culture.

David Tedeschi, Hublot’s Regional Director for the Middle East, Africa, and India, told MWN Lifestyle Magazine that the event marked the Moroccan debut of the brand’s latest launches.

“We are super happy to bring all the new collection here for the first time, to introduce it to our clients, partners, and aficionados here in Morocco,” he emphasized.

He also pointed to Hublot’s strong local presence, saying, “Hublot is a very well known brand in Morocco, people tend to love this brand.” Tedeschi added that the Swiss watchmaker has worked with the Sefrioui family for 19 years to develop the brand in the Moroccan market.

New creations on display

Othmane Sefrioui, Managing Director of Hublot in Morocco, highlighted that the event featured the latest novelties from Watches and Wonders 2026, including several standout models.

Hublot’s official 2026 Watches and Wonders page lists new pieces including the “Spirit of Big Bang Sapphire Blue 42 mm,” among other releases.

“Today we are exhibiting all the novelties of Watches & Wonders 2026, as well as extremely beautiful watches,” Sefrioui told MWN Lifestyle Magazine.

He highlighted pieces including the Big Bang Unico in green and black ceramic, the Blue Spirit of Big Bang Sapphire 42mm, and the Rainbow Big Bang Unico 39mm.

Sefrioui also added that Hublot has been represented in Morocco since 2007, with boutiques and points of presence in Casablanca, Rabat, Mazagan, and El Jadida.

Guerlain brings Morocco into the story

Leila Benjelloun, Business development manager at Cosmetica, said the evening also gave the beauty house a platform to present three of its most premium lines in Morocco: fragrance, skincare, and makeup.

“Tonight we have the pleasure to bring the three most premium collections of Guerlain in Morocco with us,” Benjelloun told MWN Lifestyle Magazine, citing “Absolus Allegoria,” “Orchidée Impériale,” and “Rouge.”

She added that 2026 carries particular meaning for Guerlain’s Morocco audience through “Tabac Sahara,” a new fragrance in the “Absolus Allegoria” line. Guerlain describes “Tabac Sahara” as the latest creation in the collection, evoking “a desert of pink dunes by starlight.”

“In 2026, Guerlain has really put Morocco to the honor with a novelty called ‘Tabac Sahara,’ which is inspired by the Moroccan Sahara desert,” Benjelloun said.

Imane Rhilete, CEO of international strategic consulting firm IRGT Consultancy, also attended the event in partnership with Luxury Network Morocco.

“I am so happy to collaborate and celebrate the success of one of our membership in Luxury Network,” she told MWN Lifestyle Magazine, adding: “The best is yet to come.”

Hublot x Guerlain as synonyms of luxury

The evening reflected a deeper and increasingly visible shift in how luxury lifestyle brands position themselves in Morocco.

Rather than treating the country as a simple retail or transactional market, brands are now engaging with it as a strategic cultural platform where presence is built through experience, storytelling, and curated moments of influence.

Events like this signal a move toward long-term brand ecosystems in the region, where luxury is expressed not only through products, but through hospitality, dialogue, and carefully orchestrated encounters that reinforce Morocco’s growing role in the global luxury landscape.
