Washington – Virgin Limited Edition, the award-winning collection of hotels and retreats, is developing a new hotel near Morocco’s Marrakech.

Marking the brand’s second property in the kingdom, the project is the result of a new partnership between Virgin Limited Edition and Sazanes Immobilier, a luxury real estate developer.

This brand-new property will be nestled inside a 40-hectare private agricultural estate, featuring 37 suites inspired by Moroccan artistry and Amazigh traditions.

The estate’s organic farm produces citrus, olives, and orchards, alongside a vegetable garden that will supply three restaurants, a Chef’s table, and a speakeasy bar with an emphasis on home-grown produce.

Designed to provide ultimate privacy, the resort is situated 25 minutes outside of central Marrakech, close enough to easily access the city, but far enough to remain secluded.

Virgin Limited Edition already holds another acclaimed Moroccan property in its portfolio, Kasbah Tamadot, which is located just one hour away from the new site.

The close proximity of the two destinations allows guests to effortlessly pair a tranquil city-edge escape with a dramatic mountain gateaway.

The new hotel goes beyond traditional luxury by offering a variety of sports, such as tennis, padel, horse riding, yoga, and Pilates.

Along with those activities, a traditional Moroccan wellness space will feature a classic hammam and a swimming pool.

Immersive programming is also a hallmark of the Virgin Limited Edition brand, as this new location will offer curated, culturally rich experiences for its guests.

Though more details remain under wraps, the first 22 hotel keys will open for booking in September 2026 for stays starting in early 2027, before the property fully completes in 2028.
