Casablanca – Iraqi superstar Kadim Al Sahir is returning to Morocco on October 9 for a concert at the outdoor amphitheater of the Rabat Royal Theater.

The theater listed the new date in its official programming, while Original Entertainment Group (OEG) also shared the announcement on social media alongside Al Sahir and Events.ma.

The upcoming concert follows Al Sahir’s latest performance in Morocco, which took place in January 2025 at Casablanca’s Mohammed V Sports Complex.

This time, the singer is heading to the capital for a long-awaited rendez-vous with Moroccan fans at one of Rabat’s prestigious cultural venues, which opened its doors last April. 

A meaningful return to Rabat

The venue itself adds another layer to the occasion. The Rabat Royal Theater carries the architectural touch of the late Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid, giving Al Sahir’s return to Morocco a distinctly Iraqi connection. 

Both artists share Iraqi roots, making the setting feel especially fitting for the singer’s upcoming performance.

For Moroccan fans, Al Sahir’s return brings back a voice that has long held a special place in Arab music.
