Rabat – Moroccan football player Achraf Hakimi and his partner Hiba Abouk celebrated last week the birth of their second baby boy, Naim Hakimi Aboukhris.
Hakimi took to social media to celebrate the birth of his second child, reassuring his fans about the baby’s health.
“Everything has gone great and we are in great health,” he said. Hakimi also shared an emotional message with his child: “How we wanted to have you among us!”
The star right-back and his partner, Abouk, became parents to their first child, Amine, in February 2020.
Hakimi announced his relationship with Abouk, a 35 year old model and actress, in 2018.
The Moroccan 23-year old player has a successful career at both club and international levels.
A key player for Morocco’s national football team and Paris Saint Germain, he was Morocco’s best player at the recently concluded Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and has received unanimous applause for his performances..
In 2019, Hakimi received the Young Arab Player of the Year award; he also won the same award in 2018, and many football commentators and fellow players consider him as the best right-back in the world.
Kylian Mbappe, Hakimi’s teammate at PSG, recently celebrated the Moroccan’s eye-catching performances at AFCON, describing him “the best right back in the world.”.
Mbappe’s laudatory message came after Hakimi scored a spectacular free kick for Morocco in the AFCON round of 16 game against Malawi.
