Fez- Today, at the Fez World Sacred Music Festival, music enthusiasts are in for a treat with three exceptional performances blending cultural fusions and traditional rituals.
The lineup includes a performance by flutist Naïssam Jalal, the musical creation Yatra-Safar, and an enchanting collection of performances for Sufi Night.
At 5 p.m. at Bab Al Makina, Naïssam Jalal will present “Healing Rituals.” This Syrian-born flutist, composer, and singer, known for her bold exploration of new musical horizons, will perform a piece inspired by traditional healing rituals.
She will be accompanied by the Ghasbas ensemble for an intimate performance, where the music is set to transform into a true ritual.

At 9 p.m., also at Bab Al Makina, audiences will be transported from the palaces of Rajasthan to the gates of Andalusia with “Yatra-Safar;”a unique musical creation.
Featuring renowned artists such as Vishwa Mohan Bhatt on the mohan vina and guitarist Justin Adams, along with Sufi melodies and traditional rhythms, this evening promises a deep immersion into the Spirit of Al-Andalus.
Finally, at 11 p.m., the Jardin Jnan Sbil will host “Sufi Night” led by the Tariqa Squaliya. This night is set to beautifully conclude the festivities with mesmerizing Sufi rhythms — inviting participants on a spiritual journey filled with openness, tolerance, and love.
