Spanning over 700 square meters, this new hotspot combines sleek modern design with a cozy vibe, making it the perfect escape for food lovers of all ages.

Marrakech – Pomo Dolce has officially opened its doors in Casablanca, offering a stunning view of the iconic Hassan II Mosque and a high-flavor culinary experience that harmoniously blends the best of Italy and France.

Spanning over 700 square meters, this chic new spot combines sleek modern architecture with a cozy atmosphere, inviting food lovers of all ages to indulge from breakfast to dinner.

“We wanted to create more than just a restaurant; a place where everyone feels transported on a true culinary journey,”  stated Fayssal Bouziani, founder of Pomo Dolce in a press release.

“Pomo Dolce is all about refined dining in a warm, inviting space, elevated by an exceptional setting and the excellence of Italian cuisine paired with French patisserie.”

At the heart of Pomo Dolce is a refined menu celebrating Italian flavors with a modern twist.

Fresh handmade pasta, traditional Italian dishes, and seasonal Mediterranean ingredients are elegantly paired with the sophistication of French desserts.

Each sweet creation, from the reinvented tiramisu to the deconstructed mille-feuille, is a masterpiece of precision and flavor.

This unique fusion of culinary traditions is led by two renowned chefs.

Neapolitan chef Gennaro Nasti, ranked among the world’s top 100 chefs, oversees the Italian side, while French pastry chef Abdelkarim Mehiaoui, a finalist on France’s “Le Meilleur Patissier” contest, brings his signature talent to the dessert menu.

Together, they craft a symphony of flavors that promises an unforgettable dining experience.

At Pomo Dolce, the architecture is more than just a backdrop; it’s an essential part of the experience.

Designed by the talented Moroccan architect Salma Dioury, the space pays homage to nature through carefully chosen materials, blending natural wood and metallic touches to create a calming, unique environment.

The space’s geometric lines, inspired by organic forms, harmonize with the celadon green color palette, wrapping guests in a serene and comforting atmosphere.

“The goal was to create a space that breathes nature and serenity, while incorporating contemporary touches and nods to Moroccan craftsmanship,” Dioury explains.

“Every material, every shape, every detail was chosen to stimulate the senses and create a perfect harmony with the dining experience.”

Pomo Dolce’s all-day dining concept is one of its standout features.

Open from 7 AM to midnight during the week and until 1 AM on weekends, the restaurant invites guests to enjoy energizing breakfasts, Mediterranean lunches and dinners, or indulgent afternoon tea.

It’s the perfect place for a family-friendly, all-day escape filled with flavor and warmth.
