Hilton’s luxury brand is all about effortless elegance and service that feels like it’s been crafted just for you.

Marrakech – In 2025, Hilton’s luxury brand, Waldorf Astoria, will open its very first hotel in Morocco, and it’s going straight to the top – literally.

Nestled in the heart of the Mohammed VI Tower, one of Rabat’s most iconic landmarks, the Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Sale will occupy the top 18 floors, offering panoramic views that stretch across the city, the neighboring Sale, and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.

Standing at a soaring 250 meters, the Mohammed VI Tower is already Morocco’s tallest building, and now it’s about to get even more fabulous.

This addition to the skyline is about setting the stage for Rabat’s next big chapter in the global tourism scene.

The tower is part of the ambitious Bouregreg Valley Development, a sweeping project aimed at elevating the city’s cultural and architectural footprint.

With Waldorf Astoria in the mix, Rabat’s status as a must-visit destination is about to go through the roof.

Inside, the Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Sale will be as luxurious as you’d expect, with 55 rooms, including 44 suites, spread across the 29th to the 46th floors.

This luxurious spot will have soaring ceilings, dramatic views, and a design that’s as modern as it is timeless.

It’s a place where business meets pleasure – there’s a wellness center, a ballroom for events that are sure to impress, a sleek business lounge for when you need to get stuff done, and four restaurants that promise to elevate dining in Rabat to an art form.

But this isn’t just about a fancy new hotel. The Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Sale is part of Morocco’s broader ambition to draw millions of visitors by 2030, and it aligns with the “Rabat City of Light, Moroccan Capital of Culture” initiative. It’s not just about building something beautiful, it’s about creating a cultural hub that celebrates both the city’s rich heritage and its modern growth.

The Mohammed VI Tower will be part of a larger mixed-use development, bringing together residential, retail, and leisure spaces in a way that will further cement Rabat as a global hotspot.

It’s all about the big picture – an integrated vision for economic and cultural growth that promises to make the city more connected, more vibrant, and yes, even more glamorous.

So mark your calendars – 2025 is when Rabat takes its place on the luxury map, and the Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Sale is leading the way.
