Marrakech – The Great Pyramids of Giza became the world’s most iconic electronic stage this weekend as Italian DJ Anyma delivered a jaw-dropping show titled “Quantum Genesys.”

The performance instantly lit up social media, with fans across the globe calling it one of the most visually stunning music events ever held on Egyptian soil.

With over 15,000 attendees, including 10,500 international visitors who traveled to Egypt just for the event, Anyma transformed the desert backdrop into a digital wonderland.

More than 600 Egyptians joined 3,000 crew members in bringing the production to life; it was a true fusion of music, art, and technology beneath the ancient stones.

The show offered a one-of-a-kind sensory experience, blending hypnotic beats with cutting-edge visual art that painted the Pyramids in waves of light and motion.

The result? A seamless merge between history and the futuristic world of electronic sound.

Behind the project is Italian artist Matteo Milleri, known for pushing creative boundaries by synchronizing sound and visuals in immersive performances previously staged in global hotspots like Ibiza, Los Angeles, São Paulo, and even The Sphere in Las Vegas.

Many praised the daring fusion of ancient Egyptian grandeur and modern artistic innovation, a reminder that Egypt remains a powerful destination for world-class cultural and musical experiences.
