Rabat – Meghan Markle is turning a new page in her business journey, as her lifestyle brand, “As Ever,” moves forward independently, ending its partnership with streaming giant Netflix.
According to a report by The Sun, the brand, which Markle launched in collaboration with Netflix, will no longer continue under the platform’s umbrella.
A source close to the project told The Sun that this phase represents an important step for Markle and her team, who are actively working on expanding the brand.
“Meghan is enjoying the creative side of building a label that reflects her true lifestyle,” the source added, noting that 2026 will be a pivotal year for strengthening As Ever’s presence and expanding its reach in global markets.
Netflix also commented on the split, with a spokesperson saying the platform is proud of the role it played in launching the brand.
“Meghan’s passion for elevating everyday moments in simple and elegant ways inspired the creation of As Ever, and we are happy to have been part of bringing that vision to life,” the spokesperson said.
They added that Markle will continue developing the brand independently and that Netflix looks forward to seeing how she brings joy to homes worldwide through her products.
“As Ever” launched last year with its first product collection, which sold out quickly.
The line includes lifestyle-focused items such as fruit preserves, floral sprays, honey, bookmarks, and candles.
The brand’s debut coincided with Markle’s Netflix series “With Love, Meghan,” reflecting her vision of turning everyday details into special moments.
Markle and Prince Harry signed a production deal with Netflix in 2020, reportedly worth around $100 million.
Among their notable projects on the platform were the 2022 documentary series “Harry & Meghan,” which became one of Netflix’s most-watched documentaries, as well as “Live to Lead” (2022), “Heart of Invictus” (2023), and “Polo” (2024).
In July 2025, Netflix announced it would not renew the deal, reflecting a shift in its production strategy toward fewer multi-project agreements.
Despite the end of the production partnership, “With Love, Meghan” continued, receiving a second season and a holiday special. No future plans for the show have been announced so far.
