Rabat – Yesterday, Rabat Marriott marked International Women’s Day with a special Ramadan Ftour that brought together inspiring women from different fields for an evening dedicated to celebration, recognition, and community.
The gathering highlighted female creativity and leadership across a range of industries, welcoming a lineup of women.
Throughout the evening, the hotel honored eight women for their achievements and contributions in their respective fields, shining a spotlight on their work and influence.
Beyond honoring notable guests, Rabat Marriott also celebrated the women who form part of the hotel’s daily operations.
Female team members across departments were recognized during the event, including receptionists who welcome guests, chefs working in the kitchens, housekeepers ensuring the comfort of rooms and spaces, servers attending to diners, and administrative staff supporting the hotel’s operations behind the scenes.
Guests arriving for the Ftour were also treated to a beauty experience, with many stopping by a dedicated make-up station led by make-up artist Samuel.
The station quickly became a highlight of the evening, as attendees refreshed their looks before gathering for the meal and festivities.
As the evening continued after the Ftour, the atmosphere turned lively and celebratory.
The eight women honored during the event received special gifts in recognition of their achievements.
The gifts included artisanal chocolates by Ganache Chocolatier and elegant shoes by Rêve d’un Jour by Amine Berrada, adding a thoughtful and stylish touch to the evening.
Moroccan chaabi songs played throughout the venue, creating a festive ambiance that saw many guests take to the floor and dance together, turning the gathering into a joyful celebration of women and community.
