Rabat – K-pop sensation BTS is set to open a new chapter in their career with an upcoming Netflix documentary titled “BTS: The Return,” capturing the group’s highly anticipated reunion after several years of hiatus.

The film offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at this long-awaited return, which premieres on March 27.

The announcement comes as part of a full-scale comeback that kicks off with the release of their fifth album, “Arirang,” which will be released on March 20.

BTS: The Return focuses on the reunion of the seven members after each pursued individual projects and completed mandatory military service.

It documents their journey to regain balance as a team and return to the studio to work on their new album, blending personal and artistic perspectives.

The documentary provides direct access to the group’s creative process, tracking the album’s production from recording sessions to the collaborative discussions that shaped the new era.

In addition, the film captures a more intimate side of the members, highlighting their emotions and the challenges they faced in restoring artistic harmony.

This marks their first full-group activity since 2022, giving the documentary a deeper narrative that goes beyond a mere chronicle of a musical event.

The film complements the live concert broadcast from Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, featuring the first live performances of songs from Arirang.

This event sets the stage for an extensive global tour across multiple continents in 2026 and 2027, reaffirming BTS’s position at the forefront of the global music scene.
