Rabat – Casablanca will host the inaugural edition of the International Salon of Well-Being and Nutrition (SIBEN) on May 27 and 28, an opportunity to connect well-being and nutrition professionals with the general public.

The event, which will take place at the Garden Event venue in Casablanca, aims to raise awareness among the public about the importance of establishing a balanced lifestyle that prioritizes physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Recognizing that well-being extends beyond the private sphere, SIBEN will kick off with a conference dedicated to businesses on May 26 at 4 pm, indicated the organizers in a press release.

Renowned well-being expert, Aldina Duarte Ramos, will lead the conference, providing insights into daily prevention measures and empowering individuals to take an active role in promoting and advocating for well-being within the workplace.

The event will feature more than 80 exhibitors from Morocco and elsewhere, all of whom share a passion for nutrition and well-being. They will provide visitors with a “comprehensive overview” of the latest trends and innovations in the field, added the statement.*

In addition, SIBEN will include various activities, including yoga and meditation workshops, massage sessions, and energy healing treatments. Visitors can also explore natural and organic products, dietary supplements, and state-of-the-art equipment and tools designed to improve well-being and nutrition.

“We have worked hard to create an unforgettable experience for our visitors … We firmly believe that this initiative will bring benefits to all – visitors, exhibitors, and organizers alike,” said Fatihat El Kheir Sefrioui, one of the organizers of the event.

The organizers of the event promise to create a “unique platform for exchange and discovery,” arguing that SIBEN “presents an invaluable opportunity for the public to access cutting-edge scientific knowledge.”
