Marrakech – Fast forward to three films later, and here we are, still absolutely obsessed with Scott Lang, the only man who can make saving the universe seem as easy as, well, shrinking to the size of an ant.

And no, he doesn’t just have ants as backup — he’s got heart, humor, and, okay, some very cool tech.

In the first Ant-Man, we meet Scott Lang, the lovable ex-con turned reluctant hero, played by Paul Rudd.

He’s like the MCU’s version of the underdog — except he doesn’t just fight bad guys, he also steals things (with a little help from his friends, of course).

The movie’s magic is in its balance of high stakes and humor.

The idea that someone could shrink to ant-size and still manage to outsmart villains (and, let’s be honest, try to keep his daughter from seeing him as a total screw-up) was a premise we didn’t know we needed until it delivered.

Plus, can we talk about Michael Douglas as Hank Pym?

Just the right amount of grumpy genius to make us wish we all had a tech genius mentor (even if it involves a couple of broken rules along the way).

Ant-Man was a gamble, but one that paid off with wit, charm, and that delightful Marvel heart.

Flash forward to Ant-Man and the Wasp, and it’s clear: Scott Lang is no longer just the “funny guy in the background.”

Let’s not forget about Hope Van Dyne, played by the ever-stunning Evangeline Lilly, who’s not just fighting for justice but also fighting for family.

With her own tech, her own suit, and some serious martial arts moves, she’s a force to be reckoned with.

The two have palpable chemistry, both as allies and occasional foes, making their partnership not just believable but also incredibly fun to watch.

This movie also gave us a deep dive into the Quantum Realm — basically the MCU’s version of the “we’ll just explain this later” plot device.

But it worked! Sure, there were ghosts (literally), and Scott’s journey involved a mix of heartwarming family moments and high-speed chases, but who can resist the idea of teaming up with a badass partner who can shrink and kick butt all at the same time?

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is where things get… complicated.

Say hello to Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majors, whose calm demeanor masks his universe-destroying intentions.

Scott and his team find themselves deep in the Quantum Realm, where reality is so fluid, even we have to take a second to remember what’s actually going on.

But in true Ant-Man fashion, Scott Lang somehow still manages to save the day, even though he’s now fighting the multiverse’s most dangerous villain.

Honestly, this movie felt like the universe was crumbling around him, and yet here’s Scott: still cracking jokes.

What’s the takeaway? Quantumania serves as a reminder that no matter how small — or complex — your role might seem in the grand scheme of things, you can still be the one who holds the universe together.

Just make sure you’re not on Kang’s bad side, okay?
