Fez — Drake has released three albums today at the same time, dropping the long-teased “Iceman” alongside two surprise projects, “Habibti” and “Maid of Honour,” at midnight on Friday.
The triple release arrived after months of promotion around “Iceman,” which fans had expected to be the rapper’s next major solo project. Instead, Drake expanded the rollout into a 43-song package, with all three albums becoming available simultaneously.
Variety reported that the projects include guest appearances from Future, 21 Savage, Sexyy Red, Qendresa, Molly Santana, Central Cee, Popcaan, PartyNextDoor, Loe Shimmy, Iconic Savvy, and Stunna Sandy.
The release followed the fourth installment of Drake’s “Iceman” livestream series, where he revealed that all three albums would arrive together. The announcement capped a promotional campaign that included online teasers, new singles, livestream previews, and a Toronto ice-block stunt used to reveal the release date.
A rollout built on spectacle
Drake had been teasing “Iceman” since at least 2024, when references to the title began appearing across his social media activity. The campaign became more concrete in 2025 through the launch of “Iceman Episode 1” on YouTube, where he previewed new material.
The rollout later produced singles including “What Did I Miss?,” “Which One” featuring Central Cee, and “Dog House” featuring Yeat and Julia Wolf. In April, Drake confirmed the May 15 release date through a promotional stunt in Toronto involving blocks of ice and a hidden bag containing the date.
Three albums, one streaming moment
The scale of the drop immediately made the release one of the biggest music stories of the week.
The Fader described “Iceman” as Drake’s ninth studio album, with “Habibti” and “Maid of Honour” effectively arriving as his tenth and eleventh full-length records. The outlet also noted that the projects together total 43 songs.
