Casablanca – Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez have officially the knot after a decade together.
Ronaldo a photo of their hands wearing wedding rings, quietly confirming the news after months of anticipation surrounding their plans to get married.
According to People, the couple exchanged vows in a private civil ceremony on August 11 in Cascais, Portugal, described as an intimate moment shared away from the spotlight.
The wedding also came exactly one year after Rodríguez announced their engagement on August 11, 2025, sharing a photo of her hand displaying the diamond ring Ronaldo had given her.
Their story dates back to 2016, when the two first crossed paths at a Gucci store in Madrid, where Rodríguez was working as a sales assistant.
Their relationship soon grew, and they made their first major public appearance together at the Best FIFA Football Awards in January 2017.
Since then, the couple have built a family together. They share two daughters, Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda, while Rodríguez is also a stepmother to Ronaldo’s children Cristiano Jr., Eva, and Mateo.
Over the years, their relationship has also unfolded in front of audiences through Rodríguez’s Netflix series “I Am Georgina,” which offered a closer look at their family life and her journey alongside the football star.
Now, after years of building a life together, the couple have officially taken their relationship into a new chapter, turning the long-awaited “I do” into reality.
