Rabat – Ariana Grande has provided humanitarian support for children and families affected by war in Gaza through an emergency grant from her newly launched “Brighter Days Ahead Foundation,” marking one of the organization’s first major relief initiatives.
Save the Children UK expressed gratitude for Grande’s contribution, although the exact amount of the donation was not disclosed.
The organization said the funding will help deliver urgent assistance to families facing severe humanitarian challenges caused by displacement, insecurity, and deteriorating living conditions in Gaza.
According to Save the Children UK, the funds will be directed straight to affected children and families to help them cope with the daily hardships brought on by the ongoing war.
The donation is among the first humanitarian efforts carried out by the Brighter Days Ahead Foundation, which Grande launched to support vulnerable communities worldwide by providing protection, care, and essential resources to those living through exceptional circumstances.
“Our mission is to support, protect, and provide essential resources to those most in need,” Grande said in the foundation’s launch statement.
“Through four dedicated funds, we will stand behind organizations that offer safety, care, and support to people facing urgent challenges.”
Save the Children UK also highlighted the scale of its humanitarian work in Gaza, noting that, through donations and partnerships, it has delivered direct cash assistance to 183,459 children, provided health and nutrition services to around 83,000 children, and enrolled 11,357 children in emergency community education programs.
