Marrakech – Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech has announced the appointment of Romain Jadot as its new Hotel Manager, marking a strategic move to reinforce the resort’s leadership team and elevate its operational excellence.

Jadot brings over twelve years of experience in international luxury hospitality, with a distinguished career within the Accor Group and the Fairmont brand. 

Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec from 2021 to 2025, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where he oversaw large-scale operations in a globally renowned setting. 

He has also acted as Interim General Manager at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion in Barbados, demonstrating his versatility in managing high-profile properties across diverse cultural contexts.

Earlier in his career, Jadot was Director of Operations at Sofitel Montréal Golden Mile, playing a key role in optimizing hotel performance and nurturing talent development. 

His professional journey includes leadership roles at multiple prestigious Accor properties, where he consistently delivered operational excellence in demanding multicultural environments.

A graduate in law with specialized training in management, marketing, and luxury hospitality, Jadot combines legal expertise with strategic vision. 

He studied at Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV, Université Nice-Sophia-Antipolis, and INSEEC Bordeaux Business School, further enhancing his credentials with recent certifications in leadership, inclusion, compliance, and Fairmont service culture.

Renowned for his inspiring leadership, strong service orientation, and human-centered management approach, Jadot focuses on creating environments where operational performance aligns seamlessly with team engagement and the authenticity of guest experiences.

At Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech, he will oversee all hotel operations, guide teams toward operational excellence, and craft elevated guest experiences that reflect the resort’s identity and the Fairmont promise. 

His strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail are expected to strengthen the resort’s positioning as a benchmark for contemporary luxury in Marrakech.
